We Sell Digital Products Only

TinyThrive sells digital products exclusively (printable PDFs and digital workbooks). No physical items are shipped — there is nothing to mail, and no shipping address is required for delivery.

How You'll Receive Your Order

All orders are delivered electronically via an access link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery typically happens immediately after successful payment, usually within a few minutes.

Didn't Receive Your Email?

If you don't see your delivery email shortly after checkout:

Double-check that you entered a valid email address at checkout
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
Wait a few minutes, as delivery emails occasionally take a short time to arrive

If you still can't locate your files, contact us anytime at Support@tinythrive.shop and we'll resend your download link right away.

Why We Don't Charge Shipping Fees

Since there are no physical products, we don't charge shipping costs. Any fee shown at checkout (such as a "Digital Processing Fee") covers secure order processing, file hosting, and customer support — not shipping.
