Refunds & Satisfaction (Within 60 Days)

We want every family to have a positive experience. If you are unsatisfied with your digital guides, you may request a partial (50%) refund within 60 days of your purchase date under the following conditions:

• Verification & Feedback: Your order must be verifiable with your Order # and email address, and you must provide a brief explanation of the specific difficulty or developmental mismatch experienced with the product so our curriculum team can improve.
• Non-Refundable Processing Fees: Please note that all digital processing, bandwidth hosting, and payment gateway fees (including the $7.95 digital processing fee charged at checkout for promotional bundles) are strictly non-refundable and cover immediate server costs, instant file delivery, and transaction merchant fees.
• Processing Time: Once an eligible partial refund is approved, the refundable portion will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges & Age Adaptations (Free Alternative)

If an activity pack is too advanced or not the right fit for your child’s current developmental stage, our support team can provide a complimentary swap for an alternative age-appropriate guide or toddler/preschool resources at zero extra charge.
